Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates fluent in Danish across various sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top Danish talent.
Collaborate with international teams to facilitate seamless recruitment processes across borders.
Conduct thorough reference checks and assess candidates' skills and cultural fit for clients.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, from application to placement.
Stay updated with market trends and best practices in recruitment, particularly within the Danish-speaking markets.
Requirements Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
