90m Luxury private motor yacht seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand to join our dedicated team standing in for the Bosun when they are on leave.
- Assist in supervising deck operations and manage deckhand team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the exterior and deck areas.
- Perform maintenance tasks including painting, carpentry, and general repairs.
- Operate tenders and assist with docking and undocking procedures.
- Ensure the safety of guests and crew while on deck.
- Assist in the management of supplies and deck inventory.
