We are looking for a talented Engineer to help us build and scale our web experiences.
As a Senior Web Software Engineer, you'll engage with technologies like JavaScript, React.js, JSS, JSX, Canvas, Lighthouse, PageSpeed, Chrome Performance, Redux, and Restful web services.
By joining us, you will benefit from:An honest, open culture that emphasizes feedback and promotes professional and personal development.Hybrid work model — our team is distributed worldwide, from Armenia to the US, UK, Germany, Spain, and Romania.Well-being benefits (including a monthly well-being fund).Growing opportunities — based on your preference, you can grow in the company as a people manager or individual contributor.An environment that fosters innovation and creativity, a culture with the ability to pilot new trends.You will:Develop functional, performant, and scalable web applications with React.Perform performance testing and optimizations.Build reusable React components.Develop new user-facing features.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.Analyze the product design complexity, plan workload, and communicate risks.Train and mentor junior and middle team members.About you:BS/MA degree in a highly quantitative field or equivalent.At least 4 years of experience as a JavaScript Engineer.Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and related technologies.Experience with ReactJS is a must.Experience with JSS, SASS, PostCSS, and JSX.Experience with Responsive/Adaptive Web Design and Single Page Applications.Experience with PageSpeed, Lighthouse, and Chrome Performance tools.Experience with JS and CSS performance optimizations is a big plus.Experience with Canvas & Maths (Basic Geometry Trigonometry, Transformation matrix, Two Dimensional Coordinate Geometry).Experience with Redux is a plus.Experience with RESTful web services is a plus.Experience with build tools, such as Webpack, is a plus.Self–motivated, work well independently or as part of a team.Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.What we seek and value most in our candidates: professionalism in both soft and hard skills; motivation to grow, learn and share; positive attitude, flexibility, transparency, ownership, and the most important - passion and commitment.
