Estamos en busca de un apasionado Pega Business Development con habilidades excepcionales en Pre Sales, liderazgo de Center of Excellence (CoE), gestión de comunidades, desarrollo de ofertas y diseño de rutas de aprendizaje (Learning Path). Este rol es fundamental para impulsar el crecimiento y la adopción exitosa de la plataforma Pega en nuestra organización.
• Experiencia demostrada en ventas y desarrollo empresarial en el ámbito de soluciones Pega.
• Profundo conocimiento de las capacidades y características de la plataforma Pega.
• Habilidades de liderazgo comprobadas en la gestión de un equipo de Pre Sales, CoE y Community Lead.
• Capacidad para diseñar y presentar ofertas persuasivas y personalizadas de soluciones Pega.
• Experiencia en el desarrollo de rutas de aprendizaje (Learning Path) para diversos perfiles de usuarios.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y relacionamiento.
• Enfoque en la mejora continua y la innovación en el uso de la plataforma Pega.
• Liderar y supervisar el equipo de Pre Sales para garantizar que estén bien informados sobre las soluciones Pega y puedan presentar demostraciones efectivas a los clientes potenciales.
• Dirigir el equipo de Center of Excellence (CoE) para garantizar una implementación y adopción exitosa de la plataforma Pega en toda la organización.
• Fomentar y gestionar una comunidad activa de usuarios de Pega, promoviendo el intercambio de conocimientos y mejores prácticas.
• Diseñar ofertas personalizadas que aborden las necesidades específicas de los clientes y presentarlas de manera efectiva.
• Crear rutas de aprendizaje (Learning Path) para capacitar a los usuarios en la plataforma Pega y garantizar una adopción exitosa.
