Recording Project Assistant

We are looking for a project assistant for our Spanish Zoom recording project. The project is expected to last 1-2 months. The job will be mainly to organize the recording sessions and offer support to recorders.
Each group contains 3 recorders and lasts around 4-4.5 hours each session. The management payment for each group is 40USD.
Job Responsibilities: Pair up recorders and setup recording timeslot for them.
Explain the recording process to the recorders, check recording test, and ensure that the recording meets our standard.
Register recording information in an online excel sheet.
Identify potential project problems.
Requirements: Native Spanish speaker who checks whether the recorder's accent is native or not.
Flexible working time, with at least 6 hours free time daily.
Organized and pay attention to details.
Familiar with computer and phone settings.
Same timezone as Spain.
