Job Description: En UPS Healthcare estamos en búsqueda de un New Business Engineering (NBE) Supervisor para nuestro centro de San Fernando de Henares (Madrid), que se encargará de crear y proporcionar soluciones personalizadas para nuestros clientes principales y externos de UPS.
Se responsabilizará de fortalecer las relaciones con los clientes al permitir que UPS sea un proveedor único de consultoría y necesidades relacionadas con el transporte y la cadena de suministro.
KEY ACTIVITIES: Apoya el desarrollo de negocios con el diseño y precios (propuesta) de una solución de cadena de suministro para la vertical de productos de salud.
Demuestra una comprensión detallada de los conceptos de logística y cadena de suministro; hace recomendaciones sobre posibles cambios para resolver problemas de la cadena de suministro en cuentas de rutina.
Realiza una comprensión detallada de los conceptos e impulsores financieros del modelo de costes; y componentes de pérdidas y ganancias de los estados de resultados de una cuenta.
Se comunica con los clientes para obtener una comprensión clara de los requisitos de su cadena de suministro y verificar las suposiciones de los datos.
Apoya al equipo en el diseño de procesos detallados de almacén, configuración y cálculo de costos, y trabaja en colaboración con equipos de soluciones de TI y soluciones de transporte para brindar una solución total de la cadena de suministro.
Garantiza que el diseño final satisfará las expectativas del cliente, se ajustará a la estrategia de UPS Healthcare y contará con el respaldo de la infraestructura (TI) de UPS.
En ocasiones, participa en reuniones/talleres con clientes para discutir la solución general de UPS que responde a las necesidades del cliente.
Gestiona los ciclos de vida del proyecto.
Desarrolla planes de proyecto, asigna tareas a los recursos y garantiza que las funciones o grupos afectados sean identificados y responsables.
Se comunica con los recursos asignados formalmente (por ejemplo, reuniones de estado, etc.)
e informalmente para gestionar continuamente los entregables y el cumplimiento de los cronogramas del proyecto.
Presenta los documentos del proyecto a las partes interesadas para obtener la aprobación y un acuerdo sobre el costo y el precio del proyecto.
Equilibra múltiples proyectos y cronogramas de implementación para cumplir con los objetivos y expectativas de las partes interesadas.
REQUISITOS: Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas y/o logística.
Experiencia previa de 2 a 4 años en la Industria Logística, preferiblemente en el sector Salud.
Experiencia en sector de Cadena de Suministro y/o Transporte y Salud.
Perfil entusiasta y proactivo.
Pensamiento estratégico y con capacidad para desarrollar relaciones y confianza (interna/externa).
Nivel alto de inglés.
Posibilidad de viajar ocasionalmente.
CONDICIONES: Contrato indefinido, puesto estable.
