Experienced Tour leader (English speaking), Malaga, SpainGlobal Cruises LLC a Miami-based company that provides shore excursions for cruise lines worldwide is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic tour Assistant or tour leader to join our team inMalaga.As a tour leader, you will lead English-speaking groups of tourists through the city's most fascinating landmarks and attractions, and provide them with a memorable experience.Responsibilities:• Plan the operations and prepare the material for the tour.• Pick up the group from the port and lead them to the excursion.• Transport and accompany tourists.• Interact with customers.• Follow company process accurately and efficiently.• Control the tour timing for each location to be visited.• Ensure a smooth day for all guests.• Know the product in order to provide right indications when the operations occur.• Perform training regarding the logistics and service of the operation.Candidate Profile and Skills:• High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.• At least 1 year of professional experience in Customer Service mainly in the tourism field.• Fluency in English is required.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Excellent listening, communication, and negotiation skills.• Interpersonal skills such as organization, proactivity, results orientation and self-motivation.• Good comprehension skills- ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
