We seek to create unique, pleasurable and healthy drinking experiences through the manufacture, marketing and distribution of leading brands in our country such as: Schweppes, La Casera, TriNa and Sunny Delight.Our vision, GROWING FOR GOOD, is based on the spirit of our founder, Shinjiro Torii, to give back to society: "The more we grow, the more positive impact we can have on consumers, nature, the environment around us and our employees".The purpose of the role: Drive and optimize the procurement of a Citrus Fresh Fruits portfolio, while exploiting the successful management of Make or Buy possibilities as well as vendor relationships to maximize the full value chain, in line with functional, business, region & Suntory objectives.Main accountabilities:Accountability 1 : Optimize the total value chain of fruits procurement-In coordination with the Category Manager (direct report) define the best procurement category strategy-Implement the corresponding sourcing strategy for each part of the portfolio-Ensure alignment with Concentrates plants & marketsAccountability 2 : Compliance with 6-steps procurement process, Supplier Relationship & risk management-Drive usage of SBFE 6-Steps process on his/her categories-Deploy SBFE SRM methodology: Suppliers Relationship & Risk Management (incl growers visits)-Hold regular BRM with most critical suppliers
