.Empresa global líder en la fabricación de soluciones de empaques rígidos para diversas industrias, comprometida con la innovación, la mejora continua y la excelencia operativa, precisa de un Process Engineer en su plantilla. tus funciones Buscamos un/a profesional comprometido/a para liderar y coordinar iniciativas de mejora continua en una planta de producción. Este rol está enfocado en la implementación del modelo de excelencia operativa de la compañía, garantizando altos estándares de calidad, seguridad y eficiencia. Serás parte de un equipo que trabaja para optimizar los procesos de producción y contribuir al crecimiento sostenible. Responsabilidades: Coordinador de mejoras organizativas en la planta conforme al Modelo de Excelencia Operativa. Proponer y liderar eventos Kaizen y proyectos de mejora continua. Apoyar a todos los departamentos para alinearse con los principios operativos de la compañía. Fomentar y facilitar la formación en herramientas de mejora continua a todos. Cumplir con las actividades asociadas al LSW (Leader Standard Work). Compartir e intercambiar mejores prácticas con otras plantas del grupo. Elaborar y actualizar indicadores claves de desempeño (KPI's) que controlen procesos de fabricación. Participar en el Subcomité de Mejora Continua (WWCI). Realizar informes corporativos regulares. Mantener y desarrollar las instrucciones de trabajo en planta. requisitos del puesto Formación: Ingeniero Técnico Idiomas: Inglés: C1 Conocimientos: Acostumbrado a trabajar en entornos LEAN Manufacturing. Experiencia: 3 años en mejora continua, preferiblemente con conocimientos en Kaizen o Lean Manufacturing. Habilidades: Liderazgo y coordinación de equipos interfuncionales, capacidad para analizar y desarrollar indicadores clave de desempeño, conocimientos en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, Calidad, Medio Ambiente y BPF's (Buenas Prácticas de Fabricación), actitud proactiva. tus beneficios Ambiente de trabajo dinámico y orientado.
