You will be part of a team that values collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.ResponsibilitiesAs a Technical Financial Consultant, your main responsibilities will include:Collaborating with clients to understand their technical requirements and business needsProviding expert advice and technical solutions tailored to client specificationsConducting regular meetings and updates with clients to ensure project alignment and satisfactionLeading the implementation of Swift products and ensuring seamless integration with client systemsConfiguring and customizing Swift solutions to meet specific client requirementsCreating and implementing detailed project plans, including schedules, key objectives, and allocation of resources.Offering continuous technical assistance and resolution for any concerns related to Swift products.Assisting clients with product upgrades, patches, and new releasesDeveloping and delivering training sessions to clients on the use and maintenance of Swift productsCreating comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical guides, and FAQsCollaborating closely with diverse teams to fulfill client requirementsEffectively communicating with relevant individuals to provide updates on project progress, risks, and issues.Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Swift products and technologiesRecommending improvements and optimizations to enhance product performance and client satisfactionEnsuring all solutions meet industry standards, regulations, and recommended approachesImplementing security measures to protect client data and ensure product integrityFollowing Swift principles to identify and mitigate potential risksWhat Will Make You Successful?We are seeking professionals with the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in financial technical services or related industryStrong problem-solving abilities for addressing IT product and OS concernsDemonstrated capacity to thrive in a diverse, multi-cultural, multi-country team environment, while also excelling in independent work settings.Customer orientation and commitment to deliverGood communication and presentation skillsFluent in English (written and spoken) and a second major European language (French, Spanish, German, etc.
)Willingness to travel (up to 35% within Europe, Middle East, and Africa)Knowledge of MS Windows Server Administration, and Unix (Linux RHEL)Knowledge of TCP/IP and networkingPreferred qualifications:Experience working within technical projectsKnowledge of IBM AIXKnowledge of Swift products, services, solutions, and/or standardsKnowledge of Public Cloud providers (Azure, AWS, and GCP)SWIFTNet or other Swift certificationsJoin Swift and be part of a diverse and inclusive environment where your unique perspectives and ideas are valued.
