Objetivos del puesto:
Estamos buscando un técnico administrativo para unirse a nuestro departamento de servicios ubicado en Coslada-Madrid. La persona seleccionada gestionará la coordinación de actividades empresariales de todos nuestros clientes a nível nacional, con el objetivo de velar por la seguridad de nuestros empleados.

Será responsable de la gestión de la documentación, materiales y aprobación de accesos técnicos en las ubicaciones del cliente. Estará en contacto directo con los diversos equipos de servicio y coordinación reportando directamente al responsable del departamento.

Principales **Responsabilidades**:
**Perfil**:

- Gestión de la Coordinación de Actividades Empresariales con los Clientes y Subcontratas.
- Coordinación para el permiso de accesos técnicos con los centros/servicios asignados.
- Participar en la planificación de la actividad preventiva.
- Supervisión de las condiciones de los centros de trabajo.
- Realización de los pedidos y elección de los EPIS.
- Coordinación con el SPA.
- Soporte en materia PRL a todos los departamentos de la empresa, así como la participación en Auditorías internas y externas con clientes cuando fuera requerido.
- Será necesario habilidades de comunicación fluidas tanto para el contacto dentro del equipo como externo a la empresa.
- Se requiere formación mínima de FP en prevención de riesgo laborales y se valorará tener grado con master adicional.
- Se valorará conocimientos de inglés.
