Student Experience is a transversal unit with the aim of boosting students' sense of belonging and enhancing IE University's student centric culture.
We are looking for a person to join a full-time position. 
Your role as a Coordinator will involve:?  Reporting to the Global Head of Student Experience. Create and present monthly metric reports related to student engagement and targeted areas for growth. Work with technology teams to ensure seamless experience for the team and students with the IE Connects platform. Co-leadership, event planning, and project ownership of the undergraduate Mentorship Society. Ensuring the Student Experience strategies are aligned with the larger goals and outcomes. Student Journey mapping to identify gaps in the overall Student Experience across all touchpoints. Engagement with students on all campuses to understand and live the "Student Experience". Regular communication with internal stakeholders (Academics, Facilities, Maintenance, Admissions) to bridge gaps and identify opportunities for growth in the overall student journey. Design surveys to collect data on student opinions and analyze areas for improvement. Active presence on campus(es) during community wide events and gatherings. To thrive in this role, you should possess the following?qualifications:   Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and oral). Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience with analytics. Minimum 1-3 years of experience. Team player with solution-oriented attitude. Data management and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Speed and flexibility to work under ever-changing deadlines and environments. Permission to work in EU. Ability to travel 1x week to Segovia campus. Flexible schedule.
