Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Contract and Sourcing Specialist to join our Sourcing & Provider Team of Operational Management.
The responsibility of this team is the holistic management of third-party and services they provide us to support our back office activities and our way of working is based on the creation of relationships of trust and quality with our partners and internal stakeholders from an empowered team where accountability and a good working environment are our pillars.
Your key responsibilities:

Positively contribute to the maintenance of an optimal and trusting environment with internal stakeholders and third parties (local and intragroup providers).
Co-create quick solutions to unexpected problems in daily life.
Ensure the continuity of our outsourced processes in accordance with legal, business, financial and CX requirements.

High motivation to quickly learn about services of different nature and to propose process improvements linked to operational and cost efficiency.
Ease of integration in multidisciplinary teams.
Passion for negotiation, both on the financial side and in the day-to-day management of projects and activities.
Organization and planning. Strictness in the execution of tasks and perseverance in achieving objectives.
Ability to manage and creatively solve problems.
Collaborative and consensual attitude in the management of initiatives.
Social skills and ease in dealing with third parties.
Analytical and critical thinking to identify inefficiencies in services and operational processes.
Ability to prepare progress reports and deliverables.
Communication, graphic representation and presentation skills for advocacy and reporting.
Intermediate to high level Office package ("Excel" and "Power Point" skills)
