ASSISTANT CHIEF ENGINEER - MELIÁ CASA MAYA

PROXIMA APERTURA

MISIÓN: Proporciona soporte al Chief Engineer del Centro de Operaciones coordinando diferentes tareas entre los hoteles que conforman el Centro de Operaciones.

FUNCIONES:

Proporcionar soporte al Chief Engineer consolidando el feedback de los diferentes hoteles del Centro de Operaciones en cuanto a necesidades / oportunidades en la función de Servicios Técnicos.

Colaborar en el análisis y priorización de las solicitudes de inversión del PAI de Riesgos.

Colaborar en la gestión de los proyectos de inversión del PAI de Riesgos asignando los recursos necesarios dentro del Centro de Operaciones. Si la ejecución de obras es externa, colabora en la supervisión de la contrata.

Prestar soporte al Chief Engineer supervisando la realización de tareas ligadas a obligaciones técnico-legales. Puede colaborar en la actualización del Data Room.

Atender inspecciones no planificadas en caso de presentarse, en sustitución del Chief Engineer.

Colaborar en el seguimiento de la resolución de las incidencias técnico-legales.

Supervisar la coordinación de actividades empresariales (documentación a intercambiar según ley riesgos laborales) con las empresas externas dentro de su ámbito de actuación.

Supervisar la ejecución de las tareas de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo en los diferentes hoteles.

Supervisar los inventarios de almacén de mantenimiento a fin de verificar su correcta operación.

Supervisar el trabajo de las empresas externas que trabajan en sus establecimientos.

Asegurar la calidad de la información introducida en las herramientas a su disposición revisando que los datos introducidos en cuanto a lecturas de consumos son correctos y en los campos previstos.
