Be part of our exciting journeyAs B rand & Communications Manager you will:Define and execute our communication strategy to associate Barkibu with the values we believe in and ensure our brand embodies those values.Educate the public about the pet world, positioning Barkibu as a leader in the industry.Develop and communicate our Impact strategy, creating a cohesive narrative around our initiatives.Write and publish long-form pieces for press and other media, focusing on B2C communication to entertain, empathize, and educate our audience.Build our reputation through events, sponsorships, and co-branding efforts.Develop a strategic approach to sponsorship opportunities.Organize and manage events to increase brand awareness and engagement.Collaborate with the Marketing team to achieve objectives across all marketing funnels.Who are you?You love pets .You bring a balanced, well-rounded marketing experience across brand and content marketing and can flex between those disciplines, supporting whenever and wherever needed.Strong understanding of brand development, positioning, and messaging to your target audience, ideally to a direct-to-consumer audience.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and delivering exceptional results.Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.Experience managing an annual marketing budget of > $1m.Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Strong knowledge and understanding of print and broadcast media. Relationships with senior journalists is preferrable.You speak English fluently. French and German are a plus.You thrive in fast paced environments, effortlessly managing tasks like an experienced pro.You work seamlessly across groups.Thinking outside the box is your specialty.
