You will also be tasked to drive legal compliance and process innovation across our operations in Germany, Spain, Italy, and Serbia.You will join a team of 10 talented individuals and will work closely with Natalia, our Head of Global People Operations. You will be in charge of managing the People Ops working for our markets (3 members).As a Lead People Ops at Qonto, you will:Ensure legal compliance and best practices across all operational markets.Develop and implement global People Ops processes, enhancing efficiency and consistency.Work closely with local People Ops representatives to understand and address market-specific needs .Lead key People Ops projects, from conception to execution, across multiple countries.Serve as a strategic partner to the People Ops team in France, sharing insights and learning.What you can expect:A dynamic environment with significant growth.Opportunities to shape and influence People Ops strategies across multiple markets.Exposure to diverse labor laws and practices, offering deep learning experiences.A collaborative team eager to support and learn from each other.Tools and methodologies focused on efficiency and impact.About your future manager:Your manager will be Natalia, who is our Head of Global People Operations.- Her background?Natalia has swiftly advanced through the HR field, with her most recent achievements at Gorillas and Qonto marking her as a leader in global people strategies.
