This is a contract assignment.Role Purpose:To work as a member of the Global Talent Acquisition team and be responsible for the coordination of interviews, managing the onboarding process and providing an excellent candidate experience.Key Accountabilities:Interview scheduling:Schedule interviews for candidates across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.Act as the liaison between candidates and hiring managers/interviewers, coordination of all logistics including interview location, room bookings, and calendar invitations.Provide updates and communicate to candidates regularly via email or phone regarding their interview status as needed.Keep the recruiters informed of progress with interview scheduling.Build relationships with prospective candidates and request and share interview feedback.Act as a liaison between our Technology Services and the Talent Acquisition teams.Onboarding coordination:Prepare and draft offer letters and employment contracts in partnership with the recruiter in Workday.Manage onboarding process for new hires in Workday, application tracking system.Manage the process from the time the candidate has accepted the offer to the first day; including initiating background checks, ensuring all new hire paperwork is completed, managing employment eligibility verification.Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation.Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks required by the Talent Acquisition team.Skills ExperienceProven experience in a similar Talent Acquisition or HR Coordinator role.Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System; Workday is strongly preferred.Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high attention to detail.Ability to think and work independently, effectively, and efficiently.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with proficiency in English.
Additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German are a plus.Flexible with work hours, starting at 7 am to accommodate the time zone difference with the Singapore recruiter.Comfortable troubleshooting and working through adversity.Accountability and responsibility for their work and meeting deadlines.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).Contract Details:Temporary contract position through the end of 2024, could be extended.Based in Madrid, Spain.40-hour work week, with a start time of 7 am to ensure overlap with the Singapore recruiter.Hybrid-Remote role: 3 days in office, two days tele-working.Our CultureAt Everest, our purpose is to provide the world with protection.
