Position : SAP HCM Time Management ConsultantLocation : Spain, GranadaYou will be part of the team responsible for supporting and maintaining the SAP HCM Time Management system and customer service activities (guidance, consultancy) ensuring that the service is accurate and timely.Specific tasks are :Time Management maintenance activities for several clients located in Europe.Update the SAP HCM Time Management system: create work schedule rules, update rules related to clock in and clock outs, creation of absences, attendances, quotas, manage modulation, overtime, allowances, error messages, etc.Resolution of the issues reported by the client and configuration of evolutions (change requests).Preparation and realization of workshops with the client to define the best solution to be implemented.Analysis of the system to improve execution time and reduce anomalies of each period.Creation of technical specifications and functional documentation.What we ask for :Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science required.Experience in programming languages (C, C+, Java, etc.)Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.Strong interest in delivering high quality support.Ability to multi-task, work in a constantly changing, fast-paced environment, and consistently achieve quality standards.Service-oriented with a strong client focus and sense of accountability.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Solid verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level).Discretion and ability to respect the confidentiality of information.We offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.#J-18808-Ljbffr
