Job Summary We are on the lookout for a qualified Capacity Planner who will drive and execute region capacity planning for EMEA Packaging Material converting factories, by supporting S&OP process, managing fluctuations in capacity and demand in optimal cost (including optimizing stop plan, demand leveling, reallocation, etc.) and coordinate actions between stakeholders. This position is a temporary one for 12 months . This position can be allocated in one of our factories in EMEA Region. What you will do Support Packaging Material allocation process from a regional point of view Maintain regional capacity model timely and ensure accuracy. Develop/Maintain tools & reports to identify capacity issues & model solutions. Optimize regional capacity and demand plans for production stops, new product etc. Align and act on allocation changes with stakeholders Coordinate actions between parties (BM team, central, markets, factories) Sustain customer service levels by demand levelling, preproduction, PM reallocation etc. Support to update, activate and execute BCP when needed. Lead/Participate global production planning projects/initiatives throughout the region Lead/drive WCM activities to improve production planning performance and KPI's. We believe you have At least 2-3 years of operational experience in Supply Chain MA or equivalent in Supply Chain Knowledge and experience of project management skills (WCM preferred) Strong analytical skills Fluency in English and great communication skills Knowledge of Planning, SAP and P2 / P2 Planning Broad view (customer, BM, CF, capacity..)
