Key Responsibilities:
•      IT project management.Maintenance, support, and evolution of IT infrastructure (networks, cabling...).Knowledge/Experience in Network Security and Cybersecurity.
•      Vendor and project management alongside the IT Department at a national and international level.
•      Assisting users in executing their computer systems, especially in case of issues.
•      Carrying out daily and routine operations logged in the Service Desk ticketing system.
•      Assisting users in operating their computer systems more efficiently, providing them with first-level training and guidance.
•      Ensuring receipt of user requests and aiding in incident resolution (1st level).
•      Ensuring the reception and recording of user requests in the service desk ticketing system: install, move, add, and change.
•      Performing fault diagnostics and handling 1st-level repairs.
•      Forwarding repair requests to capable technicians and administrators.
•      Collecting improvement needs (particularly technical).
•      Ensuring the installation, implementation, and effective operation of computer equipment (hardware and software) for users, in accordance with the company's current procedures.
•      Installing user equipment and updates (micro material, programs).
•      Ensuring inventory tracking of micro material and software, update management, maintenance equipment stock management.
•      Providing continuous assistance and advice to users.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or related field.
Proven experience or strong interest in the automotive sector.Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
Proficiency in English / French
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
