**Nuestro cliente**: Ingeteam, empresa líder en ingeniería eléctrica y en el desarrollo de equipos eléctricos, motores, generadores y convertidores de frecuencia, busca incorporar un/a SITE ACTIVITIES & LTSA MANAGER para su Unidad de Negocio, Power Systems que se incorpora en una de sus tres ubicaciones: Zamudio, Beasain o Pamplona.

**Misión**: En dependencia del/a General Project Manager formará parte de un equipo de profesionales multidisciplinar asumiendo la responsabilidad de la gestión integral de todas las actividades en central para las fases de Montaje, PEM, Operación y Mantenimiento.

Entrando más a detalle, sus funciones serán:

- Gestión integral de las actividades en central de Montaje, PEM, Operación y Mantenimiento, junto con el General PM.
- Gestión de subcontratas de Montaje, PEM, Operación y Mantenimiento.
- Elaboración de documentación y especificaciones de Montaje, PEM, Operación y Mantenimiento.
- Supervisión de PEM.
- Negociación de contratos LTSA junto con el área Comercial.
- Gestión de subcontratas para LTSA

**Requisitos**:

- Grado en Ingeniería preferiblemente en especialidad Electricidad, Electrónica
- Experiência mínima de 5 años en site activities.
- Conocimiento de gestión de subcontratas.
- Conocimiento profundo de HSQE en actividades en centrales.
- Nível alto de inglés, C1. Se valorará el conocimiento de un segundo idioma.
- Las competencias que se requieren para el puesto se centran en liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinares, orientación al cliente, capacidad de respuesta en plazos, autonomía, iniciativa, rigurosidad y método de trabajo.
