About Parameta Solutions Parameta Solutions (PS) is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP Group, providing clients with unbiased OTC content and proprietary data, in-depth insights across price discovery, risk management, and pre and post-trade analytics.
Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Reporting Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.
This role is critical in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Role Responsibilities Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
Coordinate and manage the external audit process.
Prepare monthly management accounts with informative commentary.
Analyse financial data for decision-making.
Maintain and enhance internal controls for financial reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Assist in the preparation of management reports for the Board of Directors.
Communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for process improvements within the financial reporting function.
Support the integration of new systems to enhance financial reporting capabilities.
Experience / Competences Essential Hold a professional accounting qualification with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.
Deep experience of financial reporting within a global, large business.
Demonstrated knowledge of IFRS financial reporting.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with regulatory compliance and internal controls.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with finance ERPs.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Desired Experience in the financial services or data analytics industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
