Kaizen) Responsible for continuous improvement, new project, engineering operations of the plant:
Bring daily work of assigned strategic project (or phase) and manage project resources to guide a successful project deliveryManages the introduction of new/modified equipment, tools, software and systems.Responsible for strategy and planning to align business operations with the company's mission and goals.Provides insight and develops priorities for engineering projects and services, while ensuring engineering performance and quality goals are met.Analyzes market and technology demands to assess the feasibility of projects and plansIdentifies and prioritizes product and service improvement opportunities and creates plans for implementation.Prepare Project/Portfolio Plan and financial forecasts/estimates for all phases.Deliver appropriate executive level communication to Steering Committee and partners with regular status reporting, measurements, project milestones, dependencies and risks.Manage Project and bring project portfolio according to the Capex processes.Present business development opportunities from business cases.Guide selection of engineering suppliers and vendors, assisting negotiation and dispute managementFacilitate and resolve conflicts among project team members and other partners.Provide consultation and participate Post Implementation ReviewsParticipate to the development of CapEx/PM best practices when requestedFocus on good practices of continuous improvement Requisitos Work experience: 5-7 years in Injection molding.Experience in multinational plant openings or plant expansions will be highly valuable.Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering. Master's degree in MBA is desirable. The academic qualification may be replaced by accredited professional experience in the subject area.Languages: High level of spoken and written EnglishKnowledge of the SAP maintenance module is an advantage.Skills:Experience in team building, working with multiple management groups and processes.High mobility and adaptability to foreign cultures / new environments.Energetic leader with credible people skills, proactive and effective strategist who develops winning business models while positively influencing growth and profitability.
