The successful Sourcing & Vendor Manager will play a central role in delivering the strategic approach to sourcing and vendor management activities across a range of IT, Hardware, Storage & Software Service across enterprise programs and services. Reporting to the Senior Sourcing Manager, you will provide procurement advice and guidance to our team on the end-to-end procurement process. Manage the requests allocated to you as appropriate and within the agreed time frames. Working with stakeholders to define requirements, document and obtain sign-off. Support the onboarding of new vendors, following internal governance. Review and recommend alternative measures to improve the offering provided by the team in terms of monitoring performance of the tactical procurement vendors. Identify areas for cost savings and/or cost containment for both short-term gains and longer-term planning. A data-driven procurement professional with a proven track record in managing tenders, negotiations, and contract renewals, the IT Sourcing and Vendor Manager will also have a good level of experience in budgeting. To summarize, the Sourcing and Vendor Manager will have the following skills and experience: Proven track record in sourcing and vendor management / IT Procurement Experience sourcing IT infrastructure products & services (servers, storage, networking) is required with a good understanding of the purchasing considerations (i.e., refresh cycles, maintenance/support, reliability, etc.) Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and vendor relationship skills Good knowledge of purchasing, Purchase order process, procure-to-pay activities / systems Strong due diligence and risk management capability Relevant procurement accreditation such as CIPS Candidates with high proficiency in English and Spanish preferred If you fit the above profile, then please get in touch with your CV as soon as possible. #J-18808-Ljbffr
