The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power. Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world. The Role Cameco's business technology services (BTS) department provides vital services to world-wide operations utilizing a variety of technologies to support key operations. We are looking for an enthusiastic, hard-working team-player to join the Business Intelligence team to administer and support various business capabilities. This is a great opportunity to develop skills in a high demand technology, as well as to interact with the business and understand their needs to provide innovative solutions using data modelling and content development. Please note this is an 18-month temporary staff position. In this role, you will: Work within a team of technical experts to understand the data requirements and optimise their use within the business departments Be improving business processes and driving innovation using business intelligence software Be responsible for developing creative dashboards, front-end visualizations and data modelling that will provide decision support capabilities to the business Be part of an exciting digital transformation journey, as Cameco matures from descriptive to more predictive and prescriptive data analytics
