As Admin Manager, oversee office operations and administrative staff members.
The Admin Manager will hire, train, and evaluate administrative team members; develop, review, and improve policies, systems, and procedures; and generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members.
Responsible for staff hiring and recruitment for Philippine Branch and Papua New Guinea Branch.
Responsible for all matters relating to industrial relations.
Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
Responsible for company policies and their implementation.
Responsible for all matters relating to staff personal matters.
Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is maintained and working properly.
Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses.
Planning, scheduling, and promoting office events, including meetings, conferences, interviews, orientations, and training sessions.
Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.
Responsible for recruitment and dispatch of tenants.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
