WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
+5 years of experience in a related role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Expertise in Core Web Vitals optimization.
Familiarity with querying CrUX data in BigQuery.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act upon performance results.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with RUM and synthetic monitoring tools.
Knowledge of different rendering techniques (SSR, CSR, SSG, hydration, partial hydration).
Project management and team lead skills, with experience planning, defining, prioritizing, and organizing technical tasks.
Fluent in English.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Work with development teams to identify and resolve Core Web Vitals bottlenecks on web platforms.
Proactively identify and provide guidance on resolving front-end performance issues through in-depth debugging and analysis.
Manage, inspire, and coach a small team working on analyzing web performance and technical SEO aspects of our web platforms.
Identify and provide guidance on fixing technical SEO issues that might cause crawling, rendering, or indexing issues.
Run periodic technical SEO audits to ensure the platforms don't suffer any regression that might impact SEO results.
Report and communicate effectively with stakeholders to convey technical concepts and performance and technical SEO optimization recommendations.
Define, prioritize, and organize web performance and technical SEO tasks.
Interpret KPIs and other relevant metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
