This enables innovators to modernize and automate cloud operations, deliver software faster and more securely, and ensure flawless digital experiences.As a Sr People Operations Representative, you will act as the local people operations expert, providing expert guidance to employees, business leaders, Strategic PC Business Partners and global COEs on various people topics relevant to the specific market.You will be handling tier 2 level people operations query escalations, actively resolving employee queries.As a Global People and Culture team we are undergoing significant process and technology change and you will have key supporting the deployment of PC initiatives and driving continuous improvement of people operations services as well as championing employee experience initiatives in collaboration with the WPX and EEX teams.Provide expert advice and guidance on people topics specific to the local market to employees, business leaders, HRBPs, and global PC COEs.Handle and resolve tier 2 people operations query escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.Support leaders with performance enablement actions, ensuring seamless guidance on performance improvement, and coaches managers on Dynatrace values and behaviours.Support the deployment of PC initiatives including hiring, compensation, and talent development locally, ensuring alignment with global strategies and local market needs.Actively resolve employee queries related to people operations, offering support and solutions to enhance the employee experience.Contribute to the continuous improvement of people operations services by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.Collaborate with local site leadership on PC activities, ensuring alignment and effective communication.Champion employee experience initiatives in partnership with the Workplace Experience and Employee Experience teams, promoting a positive and engaging workplace culture.Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining accurate records and documentation as required.Provide regular updates and reports to the Director, Global People Operations, highlighting key activities, challenges, and achievements.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant experience considered.Proven experience in HR or people operations, with a focus on providing expert guidance and handling escalations.
Experience in a multinational company is an advantage.Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
