Estamos buscando un Leasing Manager para una empresa líder en servicios y soluciones inmobiliarias en Alcobendas, Madrid.
Serás responsable de la comercialización y recomercialización de activos inmobiliarios para maximizar la rentabilidad y ocupación de los mismos.
Liderarás el departamento de Ventas, desarrollando y ejecutando estrategias de arrendamiento, y participarás en el lanzamiento de nuevos proyectos y productos en el mercado.¿Qué buscamos?
Experiencia demostrada en gestión de arrendamientos, especialmente en el sector de centros comerciales o similares.
Habilidades en negociación, estrategia comercial y análisis financiero.
Disponibilidad para viajar a diferentes ubicaciones.
Capacidad de trabajar en equipo y coordinarse con múltiples departamentos.¿Qué harás??? Estrategia comercial: Diseño, implementación y seguimiento del mix comercial.?? Negociación: Rentas, contratos, anexos, renovaciones y resoluciones.?? Gestión de operadores: Coordinación con operadores locales, nacionales e internacionales según el Business Plan.?? Prospección: Identificación de nuevos operadores y oportunidades en el mercado.?? Análisis y planificación: Cálculo de potencial de rentas y precios de venta.?? Coordinación y comunicación: Colaboración con marketing, técnicos, gerencias y equipos de asset management.?? Participación estratégica: Presentación de ofertas, elaboración de objetivos, seguimiento presupuestario y asistencia a ferias del sector.?? Control comercial: Supervisión de ventas de arrendatarios y ajustes de bonificaciones o sustituciones necesarias.?? Innovación: Apoyo en nuevas acciones para incrementar la afluencia y rentabilidad de los centros.¿Qué ofrecemos?
