Pharmacy Assistant

Administration (80%)

Attends to customer queries and receives orders

Checks customer prescription and endorses to Pharmacist for validation

Ensures that medicines dispensed are accurately served

Ensures that customer gives the right payment and is given the right change

Responsible for medicine replenishment for each gondola assigned

Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of assigned gondolas

Ensures that all bad stocks are pulled out (damaged, expiring/expired) in her assigned gondola

Helps in minimizing pilfered items by reporting suspicious behavior not within the norms to authorities.

Communication and Coordination (20%)

Handles customer queries and minor complaints and elevates major issues to Store Head/ Management Trainee

Performs other related functions that may be assigned by the immediate head or the Management from time to time

Qualifications:

Preferably a College graduate of any course

Graduate of Pharmacy is an advantage but NOT required

Senior High school graduates are welcome to apply

Good personality skill

Must have customer service skills
