**Grupo Fluitecnik**, con presencia mundial como proveedor líder de soluciones tecnológicas, que opera en diferentes mercados a través de la Unidad de Negocio Eólica y la Unidad de Negocio Industrial, en un momento de crecimiento y ampliación del equipo, precisa incorporar a la **División Eólica, **en su centro de **Pamplona**, una persona para el puesto de:
**LEAD PROJECT ENGINEER**, **Ref.: 24.012**

Reportando al responsable de Ingeniería de Unidad de Negocio Eólica, se incorpora al equipo técnico para liderar el desarrollo de diferentes proyectos a medida, de sistemas de refrigeración y/o soluciones hidráulicas para aerogeneradores, desde el diseño conceptual hasta su lanzamiento a producción, manteniendo una estrecha relación con el cliente y coordinando los proyectos internamente.

**Principales Responsabilidades y Funciones**:

- Identifica la necesidad y requerimientos de cliente y recopila la información de partida del nuevo proyecto necesaria para diseñar el sistema de refrigeración o solución hidráulica más adecuada.
- Elabora la propuesta técnica y da apoyo en la elaboración de la oferta económica para los proyectos solicitados, apoyando técnicamente su defensa en cliente.
- Realiza la gestión técnica de los proyectos, diseñando modelo 3D y planos de fabricación y seleccionando dispositivos y materiales, incorporando soluciones innovadoras.
- Lleva a cabo los ensayos de homologación si aplica y valida los resultados obtenidos.
- Define los requerimientos de fabricación y realiza la validación de los prototipos desarrollados.
- Realiza la gestión documental de cada proyecto, generando los manuales, listas de materiales y expedientes técnicos orientados hacia una fabricación seriada.
- Trabaja, en cada proyecto, en estrecha colaboración interna, coordinándose con los equipos de producción, compras, comerciales, etc.
- Coordinación con la filial China para el desarrollo de proyectos compartidos.
- Coordina el desarrollo de los proyectos en cliente, manteniendo comunicación fluida con los equipos de ingeniería del cliente, haciendo el seguimiento necesario y asegurando el cumplimiento en calidad y plazo.

**Se requiere**:
Titulación en **Ingeniería**, preferiblemente especialidad Tecnologías Industriales. Con **c**onocimientos para desenvolverse en disciplinas como hidráulica, térmica, etc.

Experiência de trabajo similar en **desarrollo de Proyectos**. Valorable conocimiento o procedencia del sector eólico.

Manejo de **programas de diseño**: SolidWorks, AutoCAD o similar.
