Senior Account Manager Industria y Servicios - BrokerEstamos buscando para un gran bróker un Key Account Manager para el área de Empresas (Industria y Servicios) centrado en grandes cuentas.Con especial interés en la captación y generación de negocio en nuevos clientes (empresas medianas y corporates).- Hunting: Prospección sistemática de potenciales clientes alineados con la estrategia de la Dirección Comercial- S eguimiento de la calidad del servicio que se presta a cada cliente, coordinando y ofreciendo soluciones cuando sea necesario- Organización de visitas y reuniones de seguimiento con el cliente, para verificar el correcto funcionamiento del servicio prestado.- Involucrar, construir y mantener contactos clave y relaciones con los clientes.- Alcanzar los objetivos de ingresos mensuales y trimestrales.- Trabajar de manera transversal con los equipos de la compañía para completar con valor el proceso de ventas.- Estudios: Universitarios o similares.- Experiencia de más de 4 años en posiciones similares o vinculadas al sector asegurador (venta, suscripción...)- Alto nivel de interlocución- Perfil comercial acostumbrado a vender servicios y productos a las direcciones de área de las compañías- Habilidades relacionales/interpersonales.- Venta consultiva.- Conocimiento y experiencia en el mercado asegurador, preferiblemente desde la posición de bróker.- Empatía, asertividad y proactividad.- Alta orientación a objetivos.- Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.Posición muy atractiva con amplio desarrollo e importante componente variable económica ajustada a objetivos y desempeño profesional#J-18808-Ljbffr
