Buscamos un técnico de sostenibilidad para d ar apoyo a los technical managers del departamento en la gestión técnica de los activos inmobiliarios en cartera, así como en la organización y gestión de las obras que se lleven a cabo en dichos activos. Funciones a desempeñar: Consultoría de gestión de proyectos estratégicos sostenibles de los activos que gestionamos, redacción de informes y propuestas. Gestión de la ejecución y consecución de los objetivos sostenibles de los activos de nuestra cartera de gestión Elaboración de OPEX y CAPEX en función a la estrategia sostenible y necesidades de los activos de nuestra cartera de gestión Elaboración de certificados ESG del sector inmobiliario , CEE, Breeam En Uso, LEED O+M, Well, etc. Conocimiento y gestión de mantenimientos e inspecciones por OCA acorde a las instalaciones de los edificios. Conocimiento de las legalizaciones necesarias para que un activo inmobiliario pueda ser explotado. Principios del sector del Project Management : organización y fases de un proyecto constructivo, licitaciones, adjudicaciones, control de costes, control de tiempos, control de ejecución de obra, entrega final. Elaboración de informes técnicos de seguimiento. Objetivos formativos
Dar apoyo a los technical managers del departamento en la gestión técnica de los activos inmobiliarios en cartera, así como en la organización y gestión de las obras que se lleven a cabo en dichos activos Requisitos : Graduado en Ingeniería o Arquitectura. Nivel alto de inglés hablado y escrito. Carnet de conducir. Valorable formación en sostenibilidad aplicada al campo de la edificación. Valorable ser Asesor Breeam, Leed o Well Valorable conocimiento alto de CE3x
