This will be your mission: You will be responsible for sales projects, strategies, and optimizations within the IONOS Operations Business. You will support the Spanish market in achieving its objectives. You will comply with the company's sales strategy, taking responsibility for the Spanish market and enhancing the business with ideas such as improving the coaching strategy and the quality of pitches/consultancy. As a Sales Operations Development Manager, you will join a company that prides itself on having an open business culture where your voice will carry significant weight in strategic decisions. We would love to have you if… You have knowledge about the sales funnel, customer journey, market insights, budget planning, stakeholder management, sales KPIs, and KPI-driven reporting, coaching, and consulting strategies. You recognize sales opportunities, risk analysis, and implementation of measures to mitigate them. You communicate clearly and transparently. We are looking for someone well-organized, versatile, and outgoing with an agile mindset. Ideally, you have worked in recent years as a Sales Development Manager or in a similar sales environment. You have experience actively developing sales opportunities and have led your respective market driven by KPIs.
