Our opportunity As a Senior Cloud Developer, you augment a high-profile team of business analysts, solution architects, and developers working on a strategic project for Commercial Insurance.
You will take the responsibility to design and implement the integration solution based on the business requirements throughout the entire project lifecycle. You have a sound knowledge in agile software development, data modelling and a vast interest to deepen your domain knowledge in Commercial Insurance and International Program business.
Your role As a Senior Cloud Developer, your main accountabilities will involve:
Work with IT Solution Architect to clarify business requirements and estimate development effortsManage the task break-down and perform the implementation of user storiesLead and coach development team on technology and projects-related tasksCoach development team on project-related tasksWork with Quality Assurance Team on issue reporting, resolution, and change controlAssist other teams with troubleshooting problems that may arise from applications or integration of various componentsYour Skills and Experience As a Senior Cloud Developer, your skills and experience will ideally include:
Methodologies Software craftsmanship and agile mindsetExperience following test-driven developmentProper understanding of Test-Concepts (e.g. Test-Pyramid)Create and execute unit and integration tests within development lifecycleContinuous integration practices on various environments with Azure DevOpsAnalysis and Design: Transforms and leads high-level design into low-level design, and implementationProgramming Skills Deep understanding ofevent-driven architecturesCommand Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS)SOLID principlesAt least 2 - 3 years hands-on experience in designing and implementing Cloud based solutions for AzureAt least 5 years of programming experience with C# or .NET FrameworkMicrosoft certified Azure Solutions Architect ExpertA proven track record in the area of Enterprise Integration using Azure Integration ServicesLogic Apps, Service Bus, API Management, Event GridCreate workflows and orchestrate business processesImplement messaging workflowsPublish and implement APIsConfigure complete eventing topologyHands-On experience with Infrastructure-As-Code using ARM Templates and PowerShell-ScriptsExperience in setting up Azure GovernanceUnderstanding of Azure Networking ConceptsVirtual Networks, Private LinksDeep programming experience withDurable Azure FunctionsCosmos DB and Azure SQL Server clientsGeneral Skills Advanced English language skills, orally and in writingKnowledge of the insurance industry a plusWhat we offer?
