Postdoc Bioinformatician with platform development and data analysis experience, working on inflammatory and immune based dieseases

Salary - up to €50,000 depending on experience

Interesting and challenging new role for a Postdoc Bioinformatician to work in a rapidly growing, exciting organisation in a team of talented and experienced bioinformaticians and genomic scientists.

You will be involved in the pipeline development for multi-level biological data including RNA-seq, GWAS, proteomics, metagenomics, epigenomics, single cell RNA-seq. The role also requires you to be involved in the analysis of different types of data generated from patients. 

We are looking for someone who has: Experience of both pipeline development AND data analysisPhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science or similar. Experience in analysis of new high throughput data types (NGS, Genetics, Cytomics, Proteomics) is highly desirable as is a background in human diseases, ideally inflammatory/immune based.Ability to handle large-scale biological datasetsExperience in R programming is essential.
