This contracting role is suited for experienced professionals, either freelancers or interim managers, who excel in analyzing, designing, and optimizing software systems.
If you thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams, this opportunity is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document the project's business and technical requirements.Software System Design: Partner with the development team to translate requirements into robust software solutions that align with project objectives.Workflow Optimization: Evaluate existing workflows and recommend system enhancements to drive efficiency and performance.Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user stories, functional specifications, and process diagrams.Testing and Validation: Collaborate in creating test plans, oversee UAT sessions, and ensure the final product meets defined requirements.Project Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact between the client's technical teams, business stakeholders, and any third-party vendors.Post-Implementation Support: Assist with issue resolution, system tuning, and minor enhancements post-deployment.QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in a Software Analyst role, with proven experience in short-term project delivery.
Familiarity with diverse industries and a solid track record of working with cross-functional teams.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Understanding system design principles and software development life cycles (Agile and Waterfall).
Experience with .Net or Java frameworks is highly desirable.
Basic knowledge of programming or scripting languages is a plus (e.g., SQL, Python).Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Equivalent experience will also be considered.Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proactive and results-driven with strong problem-solving abilities.
