We are looking for a Sr Recruiter who can join our team and lead our efforts to find and attract the best talent in the industry.
As the Sr Recruiter, you will be responsible for executing recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent.
You will work closely with clients to identify their hiring needs and provide a pipeline of qualified candidates.
ResponsibilitiesHeadhunting for Manager and Above positions across multiple industries with focus on LATAM regionDevelop sophisticated Boolean search strategies to identify and engage passive executive candidates not actively seeking new opportunitiesBuild and nurture long-term relationships with executive talent through strategic networking and consistent communicationPartner with clients to deeply understand leadership requirements and organizational culture for precise candidate matchingManage full-cycle executive recruitment process from identification through offer negotiation, providing white-glove service to both clients and candidatesLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Seekout, Stack Overflow and other specialized platforms to identify technical leadership talentRequirementsMin 3+ years of experience in Talent AcquisitionExperienced in recruiting for US-based companies for Business, marketing and e-commerce roles ideally in a staffing agencyExperience managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to offeringProficient in Boolean Search and Outreach techniquesStrong relationship-building and networking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentExperience working in an international settingAdditional Information Competitive salary (Paid in USD)Work From HomeFlexible Hours
