Job Description: The payroll specialist will have to independently manage the payroll processing cycle and the administrative obligations relating to the management of the personnel of the assigned customer package.
Tasks and Requirements: Customer support and assistance;
Monthly preparation of payslips and drafting of the Single Labor Book;
Management of placement-related practices (hiring, transformation, and termination of employment relationships);
Management of annual obligations concerning the management of employee personnel (CU and 770 forms, Inail self-assessments - F24) and periodic obligations (Uniemens);
Strong motivation, precision in the assigned task, and compliance with deadlines is required.
Important to have: Excellent use of the PC and Office programs, in particular Excel, is required.
Relational and empathetic skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team are essential.
Experience: at least 3 years.
Italian Language - C2.
