As we continue to scale across Spain and globally, you'll have a key role in ensuring we are maintaining the best candidate experience from screening applications and how we attract candidates who want to join us on our mission to tackle climate change.
To support our incredible growth we need your help to build world class teams. Your role will be to work with the different teams, recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring the talent pipeline for our tech roles are being progressed and supporting candidates through the recruitment phases.
What you'll doPartner with different teams to understand role requirementsProactively source for key roles including c suite level hiring, using our tools and any other creative ways of searching you come up withEnsure the best candidate experience whilst working with multiple roles at the same timeTrack pipeline activity via our ATS, Lever, and share data and insights with the team to constantly help improve our efficiency across rolesLook at different ways to build diverse talent pipelines that support with your sourcing campaignsGet involved with ad hoc admin tasks such as scheduling interviews, following up with candidate contracts, candidate feedback, and ensuring job postings are up to date.What you'll needA passion for delivering a world class candidate experienceAt least 4 years in a similar positionPrevious experience in a fast paced environmentProven track record in hiring top tier senior talent, including C-suite leadersExperienced in identifying and securing talent that aligns with Octopus Energy culture ensuring long term impactThe ability to work with and manage senior stakeholdersStrong organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver to tight deadlinesComfortable working with some ambiguity; enjoy mucking in and wearing multiple hatsA strong team playerFluent in English and SpanishWhy else you'll love it hereStart Date: ImmediateContract Type: PermanentWork Schedule: Full-timeOffice culture: Our offices are stocked with fruit, great coffee, and snacks.
