About Veritas Intercontinental : Founded in 2018, Veritas Intercontinental leads the expansion of the Veritas brand and genetic services in Europe, Latin America, the Middle East, and Japan.

Position Overview : Veritas Intercontinental is currently searching for a Legal Support Associate.
This full-time position will be based in our Madrid Office, reporting to the Veritas HQ team in Spain and collaborating with our Dublin & EU-based Legal team.
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Attorney to join our growing International Legal & Compliance team.
You will be expected to handle matters across various disciplines and work effectively with numerous business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience with contracting (ideally in healthcare), transactions, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities : Advise and review commercial contracts as well as day-to-day compliance issues.
Update guidelines, training, and compliance programs in the areas of healthcare regulatory compliance.
Provide legal advice and drafting on commercial healthcare contracts.
Provide legal advice and services on issues concerning the rights, obligations, risks, and privileges of the organization.
Understand international regulations for healthcare services in the different countries in which we operate.
What We Are Looking For : 5+ years of experience in international law, including substantial time with cross-border operations.
Solid knowledge of contractual and corporate law.
Strong analytical capacity, proactivity, and communication skills to provide practical and business-focused solutions and advice.
Excellent Spanish & English skills, both verbal and written (Level C1 minimum).
Salary : Base salary of €35,000-€40,000 yearly.
