Position: Workflow Specialist - Madrid
Primary Objective of Position
The Core Application Specialist is responsible for Workflow definition and implementation, delivery of customer operator training and coaching, application support, application troubleshooting and customer support after TOR.
Major Accountabilities
Deliver customer track operator training on-site.
The position requires 80% of time traveling throughout Spain.
Deliver Onestock implementation and operator training on-site.
Perform on-site troubleshooting and operator training and coaching till TOR.
Customer support after TOR.
Success in this role is measured by customer survey document.
Track workflow definition and implementation.
Follow-up and workflow improvement of key customers.
Education
Degree in pharmacy / biology / chemistry / health sciences or similar.
Background
Proven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references.
Successful engagement with customers, specifically lab staff.
Strong communication skills.
Technical expert for product line responsibility.
Strong experience in use of analytical tools and software.
Troubleshooting skills.
Impact of position
Define and implement laboratory workflow.
Deliver customer operator training and coaching, application support, and application troubleshooting till TOR.
Deliver customer support after TOR.
