In this role, you will be crucial in producing investment accounting and reporting information for our internal clients. You will focus on enhancing and automating our monthly deliverables and ad-hoc reporting processes. Additionally, in partnership with our local team, you will oversee, assess, and refine our financial business procedures.

Your roleAs an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your main responsibilities will involve:
Oversee end-to-end procedures for various asset classes within our alternative investment service.Prepare both local and international accounting principles/statutory and quarterly IFRS financial statements.Ensure the quality of the quarterly variance analysis that supports group IFRS reporting.Develop analytic dashboards, inclusive of all comments for the local CRM (Customer Relationship Management) of your client.Resolve operational issues from other business functions, ensuring efficient, high-quality service when providing procedural advice and/or information.Your Skills and ExperienceAs an Investment Accounting & Reporting Associate Director your skills and qualifications will ideally include:
A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accountingFamiliarity with Alternative Investment productsA minimum of 5 years of experience in a related fieldComprehensive understanding of finance, accounting, and operationsProficiency in international IFRS as well as local globally accepted accounting principles and regulatory requirementsExperience in alternative investment accounting and affiliate and associate accounting matters is preferred.Fluency in English, both written and spoken, German proficiency is a plus.What we offer?As well as a competitive salary and a yearly bonus we offer:
