He/she supports the development of the Iberia team to make ZimVie Iberia an attractive place to work. What you'll be doing: Cover all areas of HR for the Iberia ZimVie team with around 100-120- employees from hire to retireRecruit new team members in Spain and Portugal according to the country's needs and budget plan to always ensure fully staffed teams and develop the local recruitment strategyOnboard new team members and ensure good integrationTake care of the annual training and development plan in cooperation with the local leadership teamSupport all HR-related global programs, like the annual Performance and Merit review processCooperate with the external payroll provider and ensure correct and timely monthly payrollExecute disciplinary measures in cooperation with the managers and external lawyersCooperation with the local work councilSupervise the Health & Safety requirements for the entityParticipate in the administration of the company cars Responsible for all necessary documentation to maintain up-to-date and accurate team member files (contracts, etc.)Participate in European and Global HR projects What you'll need: BA or master's degree in HR or similar (e.g. Business, Law, Psychology) or long-term professional experience in HRMin. 3 years of professional experience in the HR function of an international companyGood self-organization, a sense of confidentiality, and professional communication skillsVery good knowledge of Spanish labor law and payrollIT knowledge in MS Office and HR-related IT programsFluent language skills in Spanish and English are mandatory What we offer: Working in a diverse and collaborative global team embracing innovative curiosity, personal authenticity, accountability, and a growth mindset.
