What We DoWe bring financial and operational expertise to each acquired company, working closely with management teams to implement effective management systems for financial control and sales management, evaluate and structure acquisitions, and assist companies in penetrating new markets and expanding product portfolios.
About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most active software acquirers globally. You will be responsible for supervision, consolidation, and financial control of all Juniper Group companies, monitoring and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, review and analysis of reports from different business units for consolidation, support and supervision of internal and external audits, automation of processes to reduce reporting time and enhance analysis, assistance in constructing quarterly budgets and monitoring variances, analysis of expenses and revenues to identify improvements for revenue growth and cost reduction, and training and support for personnel across Juniper Group.
RequirementsWe are looking for a degree holder in Business Administration, Economics or similar with advanced Excel skills, proven experience in a similar role, native or fluent Spanish (must), German language skills (desired), leadership and teamwork abilities, organized and detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure, facility with specialized financial software, strong analytical skills and knowledge of accounting principles, proactive attitude and willingness to propose improvements, knowledge of IFRS standards, and ability to produce reports in English, both financial and managerial.
