Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.In Sateliot, we are looking for a Product Manager, willing to face the challenges of a fast-growing space telecom startupWho we areSateliot is a Barcelona-based startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol.Your mission as a Product Manager is to drive the adoption and implementation of our technology solutions by managing pilot programs, proofs of concept (POCs), and product marketing efforts while ensuring alignment with ecosystem stakeholders and industry standards.Your main functionsManage the execution of pilot programs and proofs of concept (POCs) for NB-IoT and satellite-enabled solutions.Coordinate with mobile network operators (MNOs), value-added service (VAS) providers, and other stakeholders.Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor pilot outcomes.Collect and analyze data from POCs and pilots, translating findings into actionable system and product requirements.Manage API integration efforts, ensuring interoperability between NB-IoT and satellite communication workflows.Support communication and marketing teams in creating campaigns that highlight successful pilot outcomes.Collaborate with standards and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with industry specifications.Identify and address communication challenges across departments.Engage with chip manufacturers, module vendors, and network operators.Contribute to the development and prioritization of the product roadmap.Lead initiatives to build partnerships within the ecosystem.Support the organization's standards work by tracking industry developments.RequirementsMinimum Experience as Product Manager: 3+ yearsProficiency in English; Spanish, Portuguese, or Arabic is a plus.Excellent analytical and organizational skills are required.What you will find when working at SateliotYou will be part of one of the fastest-growing start-ups in Spain with global reach.What we offerSchedule flexibilityFlat and transparent organizational structureFlexible compensation packageHealth insurance and wellness initiativesDynamic, multidisciplinary, and multicultural work environmentAre you ready to become a Sateliot member?
