Rosepetal es una empresa especializada en el desarrollo de soluciones innovadoras y vanguardistas que combinan inteligencia artificial (IA), internet de las cosas (IoT) y visión por ordenador.Están buscando un/a Frontend Developer que quiera sumarse a su aventura y contribuir al desarrollo de su plataforma No-Code.Como Frontend Developer, en Rosepetal, tendrás la oportunidad de trabajar en proyectos que combinan IA, IoT y visión por ordenador, desarrollando soluciones UX/UI innovadoras. Además, colaborarás en el diseño y desarrollo de su plataforma No-Code, contribuyendo en todas las fases del ciclo de desarrollo, desde la conceptualización hasta la entrega.Tu evoluciónTu primer díaEn 1 mesSerá un primer mes de aterrizaje, donde esperan que te familiarices con la herramienta y con el equipo. Comenzarás a colaborar en tareas de diseño y desarrollo, y empezarás a entender las necesidades y objetivos marcados para el corto/medio plazo.Serás referente técnico en el Front y aportarás tus conocimientos. Te implicarás en la formación y el crecimiento interno del equipo y, en el tuyo propio.Colaborarás en el diseño y desarrollo de la plataforma No-Code.Contribuirás a todas las fases del ciclo de desarrollo, desde la conceptualización hasta la entrega.Desarrollarás soluciones UX/UI innovadoras para la aplicación, que involucren IA, IoT y visión por ordenador.Mentorizarás a tus compis más junior e intermedios, ayudándoles en su crecimiento técnico y a eliminar obstáculos.Aportarás valor al equipo a través de tus ideas y experiencia previa. Ayudarás al equipo a crecer, y mejorarás la calidad del código.Trabajarás en un entorno ágil, y serás capaz de recopilar y comprender requisitos, proponer soluciones y saber cómo construirlas.Trabajarás en un entorno colaborativo y dinámico, utilizando metodologías ágiles y las últimas tecnologías en desarrollo frontend.Participarás en reuniones diarias, sesiones de planificación y retrospectivas para asegurar que el equipo esté alineado y progrese de manera efectiva.En Rosepetal tienen una jornada casi tan flexible como Jean Claude Van Damme.Valoran la conciliación de la vida laboral y personal, por lo que puedes adaptar tus horarios según tus necesidades.Vacaciones22 díasJornada laboralEsta posición está pensada para una modalidad híbrida de trabajo en Sabadell.Dentro de esta modalidad, son bastante flexibles acerca de qué días de la semana que acudir a la oficina y qué días de la semana trabajar en remoto; así que podrás amoldarte e ir cambiándolos según tus necesidades. Se trata de un modelo 2x3. Podrás trabajar desde la comodidad de tu casa un par de días por semana, y el resto, hacer piña con tus compañeros en las oficinas de Rosepetal en Sabadell.Formarás parte de un equipo multidisciplinar compuesto por developers y expertos en IA y IoT.En Rosepetal están buscando una persona con un mindset de liderazgo y de ganas de aportar al equipo.Esta posición es para ti si:Tienes una buena experiencia con Vue, utilizado en el desarrollo de interfaces de usuario dinámicas y reactivas.Tienes buen gusto y expertise en UX-UI.Has utilizado gitHub para el control de versiones y la colaboración de código.Y Jira para gestión de proyectos y seguimiento de tareas.Optarás a matrícula de honor si:Has trabajado con Firebase para implementar soluciones backend rápidas y sin servidor.Has trabajado con AWS o GCP, en concreto en Lambdas o en GC Functions para implementar microservicios de manera más eficiente.Franja Salarial: 40,000 y 45,000 euros brutos anuales.-Modalidad Híbrida de trabajo.Desarrollo de carrera profesional.Proyectos innovadores con IoT y AI.No. En este caso se están centrando en candidaturas nacionales y, además, que las personas residentes en Barcelona y alrededores. Ya que la posición es híbrida en Sabadell.La verdad es que necesitan cubrir la posición YA de YA, por lo que tratarán de ser lo más ágiles posibles.Normalmente, su proceso de selección consta de 2 fases: entrevista cultural con Jose (CEO), y entrevista técnica con Pere (CTO).
