Start your journey with us We're seeking a Finance Administrator to join our Finance team in Barcelona (hybrid) to take care of the Administrative tasks (Temporary Assignment). If you're ready to soar, we're ready to take you there. What you will do: The Role's Key Responsibilities and Tasks Reconciliation of suppliers of different products that we offer to our customers. Review that the invoice matches the expected amount, load it into the system, and review the results of the reconciliation. Conduct analytical reviews of discrepancies obtained from the reconciliation, identify patterns, and escalate to the proper teams to resolve. Cross-collaboration with the team and different teams from the company. What you need to succeed: Here's what you need to succeed: Basic knowledge of accounting. Fluent in English and Spanish. Advanced user of Office Suites. Detail-oriented and very organized. Knowledge in Amadeus, Travelport, etc. What's in it for you?
