Position Summary We are seeking a CRM Specialist to implement our loyalty program activations and enhance the online consumer journey while optimizing cross-funnel execution. This role demands a creative mindset and impeccable project management skills to ensure seamless collaboration with multiple stakeholders, including agencies, brand team, business technology and sales channels. Responsibilities Drive community growth initiatives. Plan and execute loyalty program activations. Enhance journey UX/UI for optimal customer experience. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare insightful monthly/weekly reports. Required Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in developing and implementing CRM activations in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in web analytics and CRM tools to derive actionable insights. Proactive, self-managing individual with exceptional organizational skills. Strong time and task management abilities, with a focus on prioritization. Proficiency in English at an advanced level, as it is our primary working language.
