.We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to be part of our Consumer Data Team.Position SnapshotLocation: BarcelonaType of Contract: PermanentStream: IT Analytics Data and Integration (ADI)Type of work: HybridWork Language: Fluent Business EnglishThe role The Senior Data Engineer will act as a point of reference in the technical choices when building data products, in close collaboration with the Consumer Data Product owner and the Data Architects, Engineers, and Analysts allocated to the project.
You will be part of the team building the Consumer Data foundations, integrating Consumer Data from different sources into a Snowflake Data Warehouse to support the advanced analytics efforts around Consumer Data.What you'll do Collaborate with Product Owners, Data Scientists, Analysts, and other Stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translate them into technical solutions for a Portfolio of Analytics Services.Design, develop, and maintain our Data Infrastructure and Systems, including Data Pipelines, Databases, and Data Warehouses.Perform Data Modeling and Database Design/Architecture to support Data storage and retrieval.Implement and maintain Data Quality and Data Governance processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of our data.Monitor the work of external engineering parties to ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and meet expected quality and performance criteria.Monitor and troubleshoot Data Pipeline executions and systems to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.We offer you We offer more than just a job.

is a must.
Ideally, the candidate will have experience on Snowflake.Experience building Consumer Data Lakes and Consumer Analytics capabilities is a must
